Jervis Cameron - has been with Harlem since 2007. Check him out at our East location (67 Richmond St. East) making the tastiest southern dishes you'll find in Toronto but don't be surprised to see him at our Queen location once in a while too, where we found him last night. Jervis is recognized for jazzing up the standard pork hock with some island spice, fresh thyme and a generous shot of Guinness making you the most succulent pork hock that even the most virtuous diners can't resist!
